Why are we being charged an arm and a leg for water!!!

We feel that this is very important to the residents in the Lloydwood community because most of us feel like we are being ripped off. In comparison to what other residents within the West Columbia and even the Columbia areas are paying, we are paying more than double what they are paying. Although we are being charged every other month, the amounts we are being charged is still much more higher than we feel it should be. We want the City of Cayce to explain to us why we are paying so much and why they are not willing to work with the residents in our community at all when we are not able to pay these large amounts when the bill is due.
