Xbox 360 MSN useage rights

We, the community members of Xbox Live feel that the restrictions placed upon us from the Spring 2007 update are unfair. Microsoft Live Messenger should be free to use by all without such discrimination that is present now. Not only are the restrictions unfair, the service the update was supposed to offer was misleading.

We were promised the ability to sign into our MSN Live accounts and chat via messenger through the Xbox 360. However, this was denied to any user whose Live account was created when they were under 18 years of age, even though they may now be full adults in the eyes of the law. Even so, MSN should be suitable for use for all ages, and parents should have the opportunity to allow their child to access MSN via the Xbox 360. This is a much more complacent solution than just blocking the entire service to those of us who are or were under 18 when we signed up for Windows Live.

We feel that this should be rectified as soon as possible, not merely at the next update period.
