The College of New Jersey is planning significant changes to the meal plan options for next year that are not right for us. We do not see the new plans as benefiting the students of TCNJ, only benefiting the people running the dining services and making the money off of them. The cost of these new plans to TCNJ students will be more than is acceptable. The smallest plan next year equals the largest plan we have now. The price only increases but our choices do not. Where we decide to eat should not be the schools choice but our own, especially since it is our money that is on the card.
We dont think the planned changes are fair. We believe that there should be more options for those who dont want the Carte Blanche plan at all. Students should not be stuck with the Carte Blanche plan.

The college should not try to control where students choose to eat. Furthermore, the increases in price are absolutely unacceptable. There is nothing wrong with the current meal plan systen and therefore it should not be modified.
