A call for international music radio station

A new radio station should be started in Cleveland that will play pop and rock songs from all around the world 24 hours a day. It gets tedious listening to stations that play only a playlist of the same 20-30 songs a day. It is also good to hear music in other languages. Satellite companies currently offer stations like this, but what about those who cannot afford satellite? They should have the choice of a free radio station that will play rock and pop songs from all around the world 24 hours a day. Cleveland is certainly not the only market that could benefit. There should be radio stations all around the country like this.
