A Time For Change - George Foreman for President

Dear Mr. Foreman,

For years we have witnessed your rise to greatness. You've always knocked out the competition, from Joe Frazier to greasy, artery-clogging fat. You're regarded for "returning pride to this country that Jackie Onassis took away", your grills are scattered across backyards all over America. Mr. Foreman, you have become an integral part of America.

Mr. Foreman, I, and countless other denizens of America implore you to give us your aid. America is in her darkest time, our enemies lurk incognito in the shadows. Our principles are under siege by a hidden enemy, an enemy we cannot see nor understand. An enemy that knows no law. And how can you fight an enemy that knows no law? No peace? No tolerance? With your powerful hands, Mr. Foreman, your powerful hands. The very hands that have knocked the fat off our meat must be the hands that save our country from a relentless foe.

Mr. Foreman, the faithful and loyal, the patriotic and the strong, we ask for your Presidency. America needs a leader that isn't afraid, a leader that can find a way. Your history speaks for itself, Mr. Foreman. Your Heavyweight Championships have proven your valor and overwhelming power, and your business career has demonstrated your ability to make your point heard. You are what the people of this country need, your name is on all of our lips.

Mr. Foreman, it is our dream, the dream of the American people, to call you "Mr. President." We want you to lead us out of this age of slum and into an age of understanding and peace. Like you lead the grill industry out of it's fatty and unhealthy roots, we want you to do the same for your countrymen. Washington, who served years before us, said he served because "the American people wanted him to." Follow in the footsteps of another great George and serve our country, because, like Washington centuries before, the American people want YOU.
