Should all those diagnosed with ADHD, as a civil health care right beginning January 1, 2002, be required to have the right to routine SPECT brain imaging scans done to help confirm/clarify the diagnosis of ADHD - automatically paid for in full as part of all standard health care insurance in the United States?
