Hershey Co. and other candy-makers say yes.
The Chocolate Manufacturers Association, whose members include Hershey, Nestle SA and Archer Daniels Midland Co., has a petition before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to redefine what constitutes chocolate.
They want to make it without the required ingredients of cocoa butter and cocoa solids, using instead artificial sweeteners, milk substitutes, and vegetable fats such as hydrogenated and trans fats.

This simply means that they will no longer have any real chocolate in chocolate bars. Wait, did I read that wrong?
They want to make chocolateless chocolate and CALL it chocolate?
That's not okay.
It's bad enough that they take us for fools with basicly every other foodstuff, but now they are messing with our chocolate?
No! Non! Nein! Bu! Nr! Nгo! 不! Αριθ! Нет!
This is enough.
If they want to call it mocklate or simili-chocolate, I have no problem, but to redefine the term just so they can save some money that they'll just put in their own pocket? No.
That's not all rigth.
Who's with me?
P.S Yes, there is a taste difference. Every tried really bad waxy chocolate that felt oily on your tongue? Well that was probably the fake stuff.
