We the fans and customers of Nike inc./Jordan Brand make this petition that Nike consider the re-retro of the Air Jordan V in the year 2005. At the time of possible release, it will have been five years since the sneakers were first re-released. When they were first re-released, many people missed out on them possibly due to a limited number produced as a result of prior lackluster retro sales. Those who missed out on what might arguably be one of the most popular Air Jordan sneaker next to the Air Jordan XIs are looking to purchase a pair (many are looking to buy several). The sneakers design is quite similar to the Air Jordan IV, which was recently re-retroed in the white/green and the cool grey/white-black/yellow style. The Air Jordan IV Retro sales clearly show the potential of an Air Jordan V Retro release. The retirement of Mr. Michael Jordan will translate in higher sneaker sales, as the older Air Jordan models will always be associated with whatever accomplishments he achieved during the season the sneaker was worn.
