We the undersigned would like to urge you most strongly to offer filmmaker Alfonso Cuarуn the role of director for the final installment of the Harry Potter film franchise, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.





We feel that Mr. Cuarуn would excel beyond all others at bringing to the screen this most challenging of visions. Not only has he proven his adept skill at bringing to life author J.K. Rowling's magical vision with his direction of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, but his recent achievements with films such as Children of Men have demonstrated his unparalleled ability to capture the conflict between the light and the darkness within each of us, between disparity and hope, all central themes to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.





It is for these reasons, and many more, that we strongly encourage you to offer this most prestigious of roles to Mr. Alfonso Cuarуn, whom we feel is the director most capable of fully realizing this incredible final chapter of the Harry Potter series.
