The rule in RUNESCAPE stating that using PRIVATE SERVERS is illegal is absolute ****! I myself know that using private servers has NO EFFECT on the real game, but is just something to have fun on.

ALLOW PRIVATE SERVERS! (just do not give out the coding, let the noobs figure it out themselves)
