We the undersigned citizens of the world are shocked by the lack of progress in providing vital aid to the hundreds of thousand victims of Cyclone Nargis in Burma (Myanmar).
To the government of Burma: We urge you in the strongest terms possible to allow unrestricted aid from all willing and available sources to be distributed to the people of your country who desperately need it.
To the governments of China, Thailand and India: We urge you in the strongest terms possible to use whatever influence you have on the government of Burma to allow unrestricted aid from all willing and available sources to be distributed to the people of the country who desperately need it.
To the United Nations and all governments of the world: We urge you in the strongest possible terms to facilitate the provision of aid to the people of Burma from all willing and available sources by whatever means become necessary to prevent further suffering and death.
