Ban Italian Teams From European Football Competitions Until Their Fans Stop Stabbing Visiting Supporters

We, the undersigned think it is time for UEFA to punish Italian football clubs, for their fans, and their police forces improper behaviour towards visiting English fans.
Time after time, visiting English men, women and children are treated to stabbings and beatings, by both of the above factions.
This seems particularly prominent in Rome, for any teams visiting the Olympic Stadium, and yet this has been designated as the venue for this seasons Champions League Final.
In recent seasons, English fans from Middlesbrough, Manchester United and Arsenal have been victims of stabbings and beatings at the hands of the Roma Ultras and the Rome Police.
When the English hooligans were at their peak, UEFA were quick enough to ban us from all Euro competitions.
Now it's time for UEFA to stand up and be counted.
There is a real possibility that two English clubs could reach the Champions League Final again this year. How many of those that travel, will NOT return home ?
