Bring back Pepper Ann! Yazfoxxy&#039;s

Hello fellow cartoon fans. My name is YazFoxxy and I think Pepper Ann was a great show and should be brought back to television screens everywhere! I loved it when I was 8, and I should be able to enjoy it again. I loved her because she had a horsey voice and she was funky. (LOL) It brings back memories of old television shows. Yet, she dresses as if she is in the 80s - 90s. Please, fellow cartoon lovers, help me bring back Pepper Ann and dispel the shit that Disney has now branded as "quality TV shows."
