Bring back Wisper bars!

We all miss them. We all liked them. So why did they disappear? The Wisper, formerly manufactured by Cadbury, was a childrens favourite throughout the 90's, and as a true 90s kid myself I feel its only right to try and get them back. Sign the petition and I'll send it to Cadbury when I reach 10,000 signatures.
For the record, this is what Cadbury have to say on the matter at the moment:

This product has been discontinued.
Consumer preferences do change from time to time and as a major manufacturer it is important that Cadbury maintain a wide range of products that meet consumer demands. There are no plans to re-introduce this product in the immediate future, but there is a chance that you may see it again at some time.

So lets see if we can get them re-introduced sooner, rather than later, eh!
