Bring Kari Wuhrer back to General Hospital

These days, Soaps need some sort of stability. Sure, acting does matter-but doesn't writing, too? The character Reese Marshall was never given a chance to reveal her full potential and was conformed to the role of "Sonny's Girlfriend". The character had so much more to offer than just that, and with the reveal of her affair with Ric Lansing (As portrayed by Rick Hearst), perhaps a much more emotion-filled storyline. The point is, Kari Wuhrer should have been offered a better chance to prove herself in the long-run. Where does the future of our beloved show stand if we, as soap viewers do not stand up for what is right? We could sit here arguing forever as to why Kari was fired. But the point is, is that she needs to be re-hired so this show can have some form of stability. Reese was more then just an 'ex-FBI agent'. She was more than just the girl on Sonny's arm. And, when Ms.Wuhrer was finally given writing good enough to prove that, she was axxed from the show. "General Hospital" still has winners with the likes of Nancy Lee Grahn, and Kelly Monaco. But the mistreatment of actresses has to stop somewhere. Ratings cannot always be blamed on the performance of one or two people. It is a necessity to understand that, as viewers, we should be able to see who we want to see on our screens. When will the "we'll tell you who you want to see." end? Kari Wuhrer was one of the few remaining who could have bettered the show, and now she has been set free. We are asking you, as a whole, to let her back into the role of Agent Reese Marshall. Not just for our viewing pleasure, but for the betterment of the show.
