The Second Cup coffee shop on the third floor of the Ottawa Airport should open its door at 4am, the latest.
This is an important issue because it is critical to the safety of us all that our check in agents are properly caffeinated prior to commencing their duties. The lack of caffeine or improper use of caffeine may lead to undesired consequences. Such unwarranted uses of caffeine are seen through other so-called "gourmet" coffees from vending machines or even that beverage sold in Tim Horton's store, sometimes referred to as a "double-double".
For the sake of the agents losing sleep to make sure you get checked in for your flights at 4am, please help us provide them with the necessities.
