Call of Duty 3 multiplayer issues on XBox 360

This petition demands a fix for the following issues that have not been fixed by enabling port forwarding on an MS approved router, and assigning a static IP address for the console. Any issues occuring due to users failing to configure their router will not be included in this petition, or where the user is on a poor connection (less than 1MB download), thus issues listed are experienced by users with port forwarding enabled on an MS approved router, or where a router is not used and with a connection suitable for online gaming:
- Regularly being dropped from ranked match lobbies after the timer has reached zero.
- Recieving a 'Game session no longer available' message in player matches.
- Falling through the map floor in ranked matches.
- Occassionally players are unable to shoot an enemy, with the crosshair failing to turn red when they move over that player even at close range, and the bullets failing to hit them.
Activision's response to these issues was one of complete apathy.
"There is no need for a patch. The last patch fixes all of the problems with multiplayer. Any remaining problems are with your connection. If you are getting kicked out of games it is due to you having either an unstable connection or a high ping. We do not test or support tunneling protocols or VPN connections so your problem may lie there. Also you may need to contact your ISP as there is most likely something with your connection that the game is having problems with. They may be able to resolve your issues with the game."
As a player with a 4MB broadband connection from NTL, with port forwarding on my MS approved router enabled, I can confirm that Activision's solution fails to solve the issues listed. Other players report similar findings. Therefor the only acceptable solution is for the developers to release a patch that fixes these faults, that clearly lie within the game rather than with the gamer.
