This petition demands fair treatment and rights for Comcast Customers in the Central Virginia area who do not recieve on-demand program or the availability of sports packages, yet continue to pay the same price as those in other metropolitan areas who do recieve these services. It is not fair that Comcast charges a premium price for outdated service.
