City of Irving Texas Dog Owners

This petition is to inform the City of Irving, Texas that we, the citizens of Irving and Irving residents who own dogs in particular resent the current law requiring that all dog owners register dogs in Irving at a cost of ten dollars $10 for each dog. We believe that the current licensing system is just fine and that the city of Irving IS able to access all licensing information at will instead of what we believe to be the blatant lies told to the public to the contrary.


At most registration should be voluntary and should cost nothing because there certainly is no justification in charging dog owners ten dollars per dog even when their dog(s) is/are already licensed and the city can access those records free of charge any time you wish being that the City of Irving is also part of Dallas County, the body to my knowledge that collects licensing information and also collects the current fees.


We say NO to your attempts to steal our hard earned money for frivolous reasons and then lie to us for the reasons. We demand the law charging $10 ten dollars per dog charged to all dog owners be repealed immediately!
