Disciplinary action for E-bay user.

E-bay is a great site to buy and sell from and most E-bay users are friendly. However it has come to my attention that the E-bay user named kriskirt is not only rude but also abuses the feedback feature of E-bay. 99.9\% of the time she will give you a negative feedback rating if you give her any feedback other then positive regardless of the actual experience with you.

This was my experience with her; my daughter got onto my account without my permission and without my knowledge and bidded on some books. When I found out what my daughter had done I E-mailed kriskirt and explained what had happened and asked if she would cancel the bid. She refused to cancel the bid. Even though I probably could have gotten out of the buy by e-mailing E-bay I went ahead and paid for the items even though I was short on money that month. However I gave her a neutral feedback rating because I felt it was bad business for her not to care who made the bid. She gave me a negative feedback because my daughter bidded and I asked her to cancel it. My daughter is never allowed to bid on E-bay and was punished for bidding without my permission.

I have looked at her feedback and have seen that most if not all the users that have given her a neutral or negative feedback have received negative feedback from her and the ones that give her positive feedback gets positive feedback from her. She also includes personal, rude and uncalled for comments about the user in her feedback comments. This is a blatant mis-use of this feature and of E-bay. I feel that this user should have some disciplinary action taken against her by having at least the negative feedbacks she has given taken off of the user's account and being banned at least for a period of time from being able to use the feedback feature if not banned all together from E-bay. However since they don't normally do things like this I don't think E-bay will do it especially not at the request of one user.

So I am asking you to sign this petition with your E-bay name only asking E-bay to take off all the negative feedbacks she has given and either ban her temporarily or permanently from the feedback feature or from E-bay all together.
