Eliminate Speed Humps from Cliffs-Glassy

The Cliffs at Glassy POA Board of Directors installed speed humps without input from the residents. These speed humps were positioned contrary to Greenville County guidelines and other national traffic calming programs. Maximum effectiveness will not be attained as installed. We suggest that an appropriate study be utilized along with competent consulation for an alternative to speed humps on the mountain. Below are some highlights of Greenville County's requirements for speed hump installation.
