Equal Subsidies for Alternate Energy

This petition is being started to convince the Government of Canada to start subsizing alternate energy companies the same amount of money as oil, gas and coal, dollar for dollar.  Some of the breakthroughs in the alternate energy sector in the past few years would enable these companies to compete with carbon producing industries on national and international levels.  The number of alternate energy companies in canada isincreasing dramatically.  However, our current government is not recognizing their importance.  Sign this petiton and let the Government of Canada know that you care about our enviorment and want to see changes in our energy policies.
