We, the people listed below, found the United States to be much more the balls with one Fung Lam studying and then later working abroad in The People's Republic of China. Whether this was coincidence or not, we know not.
But screw it. We're willing to take that chance to see if it was just pure luck or not.
By signing this petition, we assert a strong belief that Fung should return to China; upon his return, he is free to do whatever the crap he pleases, so long as it conforms with the laws of said China.
If Fung wishes to emigrate to another country, he is free to do so, so long as the country in question will have him.
Should this petition reach 1,000 signatures, then Fung should feel an obligation to leave; however, he will not be obligated by law to do so, unless a law requiring Mr. Lam's departure is authored and signed into law by the governing bodies of this country.
