I, Carlos E. Harmel, as a race fan and especially a Formula One Fan, hereby come to the presence of the governing body of FIA - International Federation of Automobile, and FOM, FORMULA ONE MANAGEMENT, express my frustration in view of the manipulated result of the Formula One race held in GERMANY today.

I would like to ask of you to punish the FERRARI team for manipulating the result of the race, for the good of the sport and in a sign of respect to race fans all over the world.
