Your company has long stood for slow load times and poor quality. Wasn't it Realplayer that froze my computer while trying to watch a behind the scene interview from Spiderman 2 (Thank god I had all of my files and document backed up to my iPod)? We're asking that you admit your quality is poor and your delivery method is bloated with many ads and bugs. Please do the world a favor and re-write the code for the player, start new, wipe the slate clean. Please for the good of consumers and the safety of their files. Please make something more stable, more usable.
