A request to review federal seat belt laws and find them Unconstitutional. This is an attempt to legislate safety measures that should be up to individual choice for all citizens of adult age (18+) which we feel violates our freedom of choice. This law is also subject to rampant abuse by law enforcement personnel as an excuse to give someone a ticket when they are obeying all other traffic laws. Such things as this are a slap in the face to the framers of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
