We are outraged at the conduct of officers Melody Spencer and Kevin Schnell of the Kansas City police department for denying medical attention to Sophia Salva who at the time was bleeding, and pleading for medical attention. Instead of transporting the woman to the hospital officer Kevin Schnell stated, I dont doubt that youre possibly bleeding, but you got a lot more problems with us, Schnell said.
We are demanding the immediate termination of these two officers, and would also like a review committee established to help prevent a tragedy like this from ever happening again.
