Formula One Fans Against 2008 Regulations

We, the loyal fans of formula one, do hereby protest the recently ratified regulations for the 2008 Formula one season. We demand that common sense prevails and the FIA abandon their attempts to undermine the core values of Formula One as the pinnacle of both motorsport and automobile technology. We, the undersigned, particularly object to regulations such as the proposed freeze on engine development for three years. We, the undersigned, believe that these regulations will kill off the sport that we love in order to appeal to a small fraction of race fans by allowing Formula One to become cheap and drive manufacturers out of the sport. We, the undersigned, are angry that manufacturers are being driven out of the sport. We believe that as the pinnacle of motorsport Formula One should have the backing of as many of the worlds top manufacturers as possible. This is the only way to make close competitive racing as no manufacturer would be prepared to sit back and lose.

We, the undersigned, would also like to see the resignation of Max Mosley from the position of President of the FIA as we believe that he is solely responsible for the negative direction the sport is heading in. It is clear that Mr Mosley is a failed politician trying to make a legacy at the detriment of Formula One.
