We, the brothers of Sigma Pi: Eta Kappa chapter, are petitioning the wedding of Geoff's cousin so that Geoff can come to homecoming. In order for Mr. Richards to indulge in large quantities of mind altering liquids, solids, and gases, obviously be present at East Carolina University on the weekend of homecoming.
Therefore, we propose that the Richards family rent a heavy-set Mexican man for $5, request he grow a goatee which is to be dyed a ginger hue, dressed in a tuxedo, and be utilized as a stand-in Geoff.
Therefore, Mr. Richards will be able to attend the homecoming festivities and the Mexican Imposter Geoff can appease the wedding-goers with his apparent presence.
