On September 14, 2007 Chaz Adams was informed that his employment as a Crew Scheduler for Horizon Air was terminated because he asked too many questions about the new AIMS crew tracking program during AIMS training. Chaz has never been previously suspended or written-up, nor has he caused an FAR violation to occur. Horizon Air's "Employee Complaint Review Process" specifically grants a seven-day period to challenge a termination decision through Jeff Pinneo, CEO. The following signatures are from people of the opinion that Chazs termination lacks cause and should be overturned.
We feel that Chaz Adams gives his heart and soul to this position, is a dedicated employee and does a more than adequate job with the tremendous responsibilities of overseeing the operation. We ask that his termination be revoked and he be allowed to keep this position.
