Give Payers of Child Support a Fair Go

We, as Australians having dealt with, and or currently dealing with the Child Support Agency, support the following changes to the Current system.

We demand a fairer, better resourced, comprehensively monitored, and more accountable system for the payment of Child Support. We demand the processes involved in separation and child support responsibilities be more equitable for all parties involved.


We Demand:
More resources, systems, checks and balances for the accurate monitoring of income earned by custodians of children.

We Demand:
Fairer assesments of child support dues, and an average for the cost incurred for raising all children to be the monthly payment for all, regardless if they are from poor families or rich families.

We demand a fairer system, where non custodial parents/Guardian's and their children are not financially impacted and disadvantaged by the custodial parent's/Guardian's receipt of payments.

We Demand:
Fairer systems for payees of child support, where recipients income and living arrangements are taken into account when monthly payments are calculated. Penalties for recipients who do not delare income and living arrangement changes.
