Give the Cult of MaGo their own Forum

We, the undersigned Cult of MaGo, hereby request that a new forum be created solely for the purpose of us worshipping HIM. Our reasons being:
1. that our one main thread is getting a little crowded with all the new members and combos bouncing around,
2. so that we can sticky our constitution and doctrine so we don't have to go dig it up everytime someone asks, and
3. so that heretics can post threads of their own and then we can just let them die rather than clog up our main thread.
We suggest creating this new forum as a sub-forum of the Card-Strategies and Combos Forum.
