Help my autistic son have a comfortable life

I am asking for help to get my 4 year old son Kai and our family moved to a more suitable property. We currently live in a 2bedroom flat directly opposite a tramstop, on a main road 200yards from an ambulance and firestation. My son is autistic and finds these noises all very distressing. My local council has refused to acknowledge any medical reasons for a move dispite submitting medical evidence from GP, Occupational therapist, Social services, Child Phsyciatrist, My sons school and myself regarding the current issues with our property. I also have a daughter who is 15months and we are lucky enough to be on the waiting list for a 3bedroom but i unless we get awarded medical points our wait will be upto 10years. I have contacted my local councillor and MP regarding this issue and still they refuse to acknowledge any medical grounds. All I want is a safe, comfortable enviroment for my son he should not have to dread coming home and cry through the pain of the noise. So please please please help me raise awareness and get as much support as possible for submitting this to parliment.
