We, the undersigned support Lynda France in the process of getting her children back. Lyndas husband, John France remarried Amanda Weisal France prior to divorcing Lynn France. Therefore this should be considered bigamy. According to John France, he and Lynda Frances marriage was not valid due to a clerical error. If this is found to be true we support John France being prosecuted for any tax, bank, insurance and/or credit fraud committed during the years he was married to Lynda France. We ask that custody of Lynns biological children be returned to her immediately in Ohio pending divorce and custody proceedings. We request that you take immediate action with this case and file all appropriate charges against John France. We ask that Lynda Frances children be returned to her during this criminal investigation.

I dont see how this can happen and everyone stand back and just watch. What he did was a crime. How many times can he get married at once?? I think the law should be looking at him.
