We, the undersigned, request that you add The Horror Channel to your programming lineup when it becomes available in October 2004, or as soon as possible thereafter.

We Believe that The "Horror Channel" would be widely accepted in the Kansas City metro area(s). Proven high metro theatre horror ticket sales within Kansas City, bears a wise choice for Time Warner Cable to include this in thier cable package.
