We, parents and concerned members of the Brock Bridge/Maryland City Community, support the proposal to establish the Imagine Global Village Public Contract School on Brock Bridge Road in Laurel, Maryland.
The Imagine School will give our community greater educational choices for our children while also alleviating some of the current overcrowding in our schools.
We support the proposed school provided that necessary improvements are made to the infrastructure to ensure the safety of all students and residents in the neighborhood. We also insist that resources and facilities at Maryland City, Brock Bridge, and Jessup Elementary Schools do not diminish, but rather are improved upon so these schools can offer a comparable educational experience to that of the new school.
