Since the introduction of the new winter timetable between Reading and London Paddington, (focusing on journeys from Slough, Burnham, Twyford, Maidenhead and Henley-on-Thames stations) we have been experiencing continuous delays, longer/slower journeys, overcrowding, lack of information and poor service.
We would like to bring these pressing concerns to the attention of the Train Company MD and local MPs.
