In Support of Sunset Park Alliance of Neighbors (SPAN) Petition against Astoria Generating Companys Motion

We are community residents, parents, youth and allies of Sunset Park asking the courts to reject the Astoria Generating Companys Motion for Expedited Processing Without Oral Testimony. We understand that this Motion means that as community members, we will not be able to formally testify our position on the power plant placement. We believe the community must have a right to a public hearing and an opportunity to speak on the placement of this power plant. We support SPANs Petition AGAINST Astoria Generating Companys Motion for Expedited Processing Without Oral Testimony.
