Whereas Karlik Pastry has been inadvertently excluded from participation in the new, renovated Hamilton Farmers' Market; Whereas his products are of supreme quality, containing artisanal ingredients such as local and imported fruit, farm fresh eggs, chocolate and coffee; Whereas he hand-bakes and hand-decorates European-style delicacies and is not a seller of baked goods, such as bread; Whereas Karlik Pastry pays wages to six employees, and would need to decrease that number to four citizens of the City of Hamilton; we do hereby petition all elected and appointed employees, and all citizens of The City of Hamilton to provide a place for Karlik Pastry and its owner-proprietor, Mr. Andrzej Rudzinski, at the new, renovated Hamilton Farmers' Market.
