International Taxing Rewrite

Suspend all taxing items sept for fuel, state and county, and property.

In exchange create a new tax thats run off of payrole. As these tax;s being cut, the new tax applied will be 2 cents for every hour worked. These taxs are non-refundable.

The tax collected would be paid to a gobenment bank and 70\% distributed fairly appon population size between each of our nations states.
The 70\% fund would be put towards medical care, assisted living, government loans for new businesses/grants, and so forth. This money in no way would be used for city or state improvement or personal gain.

The 30\% left over would be used for creating new jobs, military, natrual desaster assistance, and other additional perpouses that are government related. The 30\% funds at no argumentwould be used as payrole or any personal gain of any government elective. This money is for healing and bringing our nation out of debt.

This is a tax/donation from our countries workers used to help our countries workers and disabled.
