Due to the recent death of my beloved cross-collie dog, Max, caused by a dangerous nail clipper bought from Pound Empire. The UK law needs to change, and have tighter restrictions on pet safety etc. The products themselves, before entering shops etc, must be tried and tested and be 100\% safe for consumers.
