On May 26, Sheri Rand and Andrew Lefebvre went to Centertown Pub to celebrate their male gay friends birthday.
Sheri was assaulted with a beer bottle (which left her with 10 thousand dollars worth of damage to her teeth), and Andrew defended her as one who instinctively do in such a horrific case.
Sheri and Andrew have many gay friends, this was not a hate crime by any stretch of the imagination!
What has been portrayed in the media is far from the truth. Sheri and her character is well known to many; many look up to her like a big sister. She is the caring mother of two children.
Justice has not been served for the events which took place that night. The charges that were laid are completely ludicrous as they have singled out only Sheri and Andrew.
Sheri and Andrew were the actual minority at CP, no one in their right mind, being minority in a bar would go there to start a fight, some might, we hear about it, but thats not Sheri nor Andrew.
In light of this I am asking people to come join my petition to clear their names and have justice served.
There are two sides to ever story, the real story and events are yet to be revealed because everyone has been way too engrossed in Michael "Dixie" the victim, instead of how assaulted with a deadly weapon Sheri that faithful night disfiguring her for life.
