Justice for T-Bone

Recently Josh abandoned T Bone in the apartment at 464 Campbell in San Francisco- to die a slow death of starvation and dehydration. What Josh did when he locked T Bone in the bedroom with towels covering the underneath of the door & windows so that no one could hear or smell the dog dieing- was a felony. Something that Josh should serve time for, pay a steep fine for & be prevented from ever being able to own another dog in the state of California again for- but Officer Spillman of San Francisco Animal Care & Control, Alison Zaccone of ASPCA, Randall Lockwood of Anti-Cruelty Field Services, C Machado of Marin Humane Society & Debi Denardi of San Mateo Animal Care & Control (there are others who I have contacted) arent doing a thing about it.
