The citizens of Pacific Beach and La Jolla believe that a 24-hour alcohol ban at Kate O. Sessions Memorial Park is unnecessary and unjust. The ban proposed by Friends of Kate Sessions will rescind a personal freedom and prevent law-abiding citizens from enjoying themselves responsibly and happily. This is an unwise response to a situation which can be dealt with moderately.
