Legal Action against FIFA and MATCH's Ticketing process at SA World Cup

We The Public of South Africa have been unfairly taken advantage of by FIFA and its Affiliate Ticketing partner MATCH who have ruined the 2010 South African Fifa World cup ticketing process. They have been operating in an Unorganised, disrespectful manner without concern for Customer service with regards to the Fans of South Africa. Their lack of etiquette and structure in their ticket sales procedures has shown them only as Money laundering thieves. Their systems and ticketing website have been Abysmal, after crashing twice on more than two occasions. We cannot be exploited like this and we urge that action be taken against them on behalf of the public, the nation of South Africa and our reputation as an African nation.
