In 1920's, The 18th Ammendment, (ban on alchoholism led to mafia gangs and big time gangsters such as Al Capone to exist.
The existance of the gangs were attributed to the black market of alchohol which was now huge.
When the ban on Alchohol was lifted, mafia gangs ceased to exist.
If the ban on marajuana and all narcotics is lifted, dangerous gangs in downtown Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York will all be eliminated.
Having drugs available at places like Rite Aid won't be so bad since the people stupid enough to take them will get their hands on the drugs via black market anyways...so doesn't it make sense to eliminate all the gangs?
