Legalize Common Law Marriages

Same-sex religious blessings are now legalized. Even Mosques may perform legal weddings. But what about those who do not wish to marry but live in a committed partnership and live as married people do (mortgages, children, joint bank accounts) without that special piece of paper?

If you do not wish to marry, but want all the legal perks of marriage (such as inheritance laws, Widow's Pension, separation laws, etc), sign this petition.
