We the undersigned, demand that Stanford University stop the eviction process and allow Angie Cicero to remain in her home so that she can die in peace.

We have heard that the University is behind the eviction of Mrs. Cicero, a 77 year old widow dying of Stage IV cancer. The home where she has lived for over 25 years, located on Condor Drive in Union City, was gifted to Stanford University by Ms. Cicero's landlord, Hercules Fini, upon his death.

We the undersigned do not believe that evicting Angie Cicero is consistent with the spirit of Stanford University's mission which was founded to, "promote the public welfare by exercising an influence on behalf of humanity and civilization," and therefore we demand that Stanford halt its eviction proceedings against Mrs. Cicero so that she may live her final moments in a humane and peaceful manner.
