Fцrestдll er hur dessa ungdomar mottages i skolan efter att programmet har sдnts.
En (human) produktion skulle klippa bort pinsamma uttagningar och nцja sig med ett representativt urval.

We want to stop the program "Idol 2004" from airing on the public Swedish Televison channel "TV4".
The aim of the program is to gather talentful youths, ages 15 and above, and make some happy youngster a superstar. The mission of the panel is to judge whether the singer is suitable or not for the program idea. They don't stick to this, though.
During the auditions, the panel spends their time pointing out any eventual faults (subjectively, these faults may or may not seem as faults to the potential audience). The panel laughs at the underaged artists, and show this as entertainment on prime time tv. They seek mainstream singers, and conceptually kill every talentful youth who doesn't make their cut. Everyone who don't make their cut are told to "stop singing, our ears cannot bear anymore! You should stop singing for the greater good of us all!" You can only imagine the reception these kids will receive at school after the program is aired.
A (humane) production would cut all "embarassing failures" and show a collection that would represent the whole.
