Alcohol is more harmful to humans than marijauna. So why is alcohol legal and marijauna not? Large corporations make big money on alcohol and marijauna can be grown in anyone's backyard for free.

I think that it should be legalized because it is not doing anyone anymore harm than cigarettes or drinking would do to your health. If however you are negletfull of others around you and smoke pot while driving etc then you should have to pay a fine etc.
